You have... (required skills)

  • Proficient English
  • 2+ years of experience as a tech lead, such as:
  • Managing/mentoring a team of 1+ other engineers
  • Being responsible for technical architecture and code review
  • Excellent Ruby and JavaScript fundamentals
  • Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and React
  • Able to overlap with us from 9 AM - 3 PM EST
